Excelente hotel en Coyhaique. Súper recomendable. Habitaciones amplias y confortables, con buena calefacción. Muy buen baño. Estacionamiento interno amplio. Muy buena atención, en particular de Josefina. Me permito hacer una sugerencia: ahora que comienza el frío, mantendría prendida la calefacción de los espacios comunes durante toda la noche. Um dos hotéis mais lindos que já fiquei. O quarto é super espaçoso e tem uma cama super confortável, possui uma vista linda do quintal que tem um corrego pequeno e se der sorte voce pode avistar coelhos. A localização é em um bairro super tranquilo e não fica tão distante do centro, que é de fácil acesso. A Josefina que nos atendeu é um amor de pessoa, sempre solicita aos nossos pedidos. Everything about Pura exceeded our expectations! The hotel is even more beautiful than the photos suggest, and everything is super high end and cozy. The best part was the staff, who were so welcoming and kind and met our every need. We had just arrived from the airport and were hanging out on the outside deck and they offered us beers and snacks- what a treat! Breakfast was simple but nice as well. Beautiful small hotel. Brand new. Spacious rooms. Excellent service. We arrived after 7 days of hiking and were greeted with the offer of beer and snacks. Great water pressure and heat. Quiet garden patios to sit on with a little stream running through. Wi-Fi is pretty good. TVs in rooms and you can sign on with your own streaming services. Came with a simple delicious breakfast. El hotel es un encanto. Las piezas son amplia y acogedoras, con buena calefacción y decoración. Los espacios comunes son muy cálidos. El desayuno es delicioso y el personal del hotel muy amables, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Fuimos para celebrar nuestra luna de miel y fue un acierto.
